ROHL Featured in Greystone Revival
Originally owned by oil tycoon, Edward Lawrence Doheny, ground for Greystone broke on February 15, 1927, on a premium 12.58 acre estate in Beverly Hills. Today, almost 85 years later, Greystone Mansion is an official historic landmark. A true spectacle, the home still has its original oak banisters and rafters, which were hand-carved and is the site of many famous movie scenes.
In 2011, the home was transformed by a group of designers, amongst them Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Barclay Butera, Jamie Drake, Kathryn Ireland, Nathan Turner and Kendall Wilkinson, all sponsored by LUXE Interiors + Design Magazine: Maison de Luxe Showhouse. Adding to the authenticity of the home, ROHL was selected to provide product for several areas of the home.
First, the original bath of Mrs. Doheny features a Palladian 3-Hole Widespread Lavatory Faucet. Then, the Bowling Alley Bath features a Vincent Single Hole Lavatory Faucet and Allia Novecento Pedestal sink. And finally, in the Boys’ Bath are two Michael Berman 3-Hole Widespread Zephyr Spout Lavatory Faucets with Pop-Up Wastes along with two Perrin & Rowe® pedestal sinks.
